RP Levels ExpandedI figure that one of the things that should be more thoroughly explained are the matter of what each rank actually gives in a much more in depth look.
For starter, the one question I see asked the most often: What is magic? Is this magic or not? Basically the best way to think about it is if it cannot be physically done in the real world then it is magic. Anything that deals with manipulating energy is considered magic, regardless if it’s technological or otherwise. Anything using chakra, mana, chi, whatever, is magic. If it changes your appearance it is also considered magic.

RP Etiquette by MigeYeFoxeSince I looked and noticed there wasn’t such a thing already on dA I figured I would do one myself. Basically these are the standard guidelines one should always keep in mind whenever doing any roleplaying activity, especially for larger groups. All bolded statements are examples of each little piece. Though a note that this is geared towards non-dice based RP so many aspects will not apply for dice-based RP.

Anthro Roleplay Day, Fall/Winter 2008

Welcome to ~AnthroRP. This is the host account for Anthro Roleplay-Day (ARP), held every Saturday at #IamAnthro, the official chat room for the anthro community.

Before you join in the ARP, there are a few things you need to do:

Please submit a character bio.

Please read the #IamAnthro chat rules.

Please be mindful of the RP etiquette.

Please be mindful of the RP leveling system.

Here are a few additional things to keep in mind when you are roleplaying:

Roleplays in #IamAnthro are rated PG.

Please pay attention to the Anthro Roleplay (ARP) Staff and where the guide the roleplay.

ARP is based on participation, members of the roleplay are promoted based on how much they participate. The more you participate, the higher your level, the more your character can do in the ARP.

~squadbot is the host bot for the ARP. This bot will not only log activities, it also monitors your levels and will determine when you will be promoted.

Please do not "God-Mode" your character, stay within the powers of your current level.

For "Out-of-Context" (OOC, which means you are not participating in the RP but want to chat), please go to the OOC chat room: #IAMOOC.
